Meredith's Marvelous Muffin/Quickbread
This mix can be used to make either muffins or quickbread in several flavors, depending on what you add: banana, zucchini, carrot, or pumpkin.
Ingredients: Rice flour, Sugar, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Baking Soda, Salt, Aluminum-free Corn-free Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Potato Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Spices, Xanthan Gum.
