Peri's Perfect Chocolate Bundt Poundcake
This makes a 12-cup bundt (huge) chocolate poundcake that is out of this world! Named for my 6-year old niece Peri, who loves chocolate cake, this cake is sure to be a crowd pleaser. It's moist, chocolatey and you'd never know it's gluten free. This mix also can be used for 2 9" round or 2 loaf pans.
Ingredients are: Sugar, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Aluminum-free Corn-free Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Potato Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Natural Flavor, Xanthan gum, Salt.
