Going gluten-free is not a fleeting health fad — in fact, it’s medically required by many with wheat allergies, gluten sensitivity and most notably, celiac disease. One in every 133 Americans has celiac disease, and a 100% gluten-free diet is currently the only existing treatment. As a result of the recent efforts to help raise public awareness of celiac disease, the diagnosis rate is projected to grow from 17% to 50-60% by 2019. We’re proud to offer delicious gluten-free alternatives to everyday foods, and are happy to share our tasty recipes, baking substitutions and other healthy tips with the world.
